Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with users to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update recruitment reports. Conduct reference checks and prepare job offers.
Minimum Bachelors or Master’s Degree in fields related to Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields. Minimum 3-years experience in HR Fields especially recruitment. Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools. Experienced using HRIS preferably Talenta. Experienced in people development & employee engagement. Good understanding of HR operations and local labor regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good understanding of psychological test tools is a bonus.
