Diploma's or Bachelor's Degree in Any Major Proven experience as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high-end fashion products Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday) Placement: Surabaya Area
