Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage the CEO's meeting schedule, travel, and other commitments. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents upon request. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications, and manage correspondence. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations. Perform other administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and filing documents. Provide other personal support as needed by the CEO. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Must be able to drive the CEO's vehicle in daily activities

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

A minimum of a D3 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Communication Science, IT or Engineering. Maximum age of 35 years old Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in business support roles at least 3 years. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Positive character with a high level of honesty and integrity. A valid driver’s license (SIM A & SIM C) and able to drive is a must, expert for it. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Domiciled in the South Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor area
