· Plan and develop effective Sales Strategies and also set goals and targets · Lead and manage the Sales Team to meet sales targets · Monitoring weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales progress · Monitoring sales performance to find work areas that require improvement · Ensure the achievement of all productivity and sales targets and recommend solutions to increase company profitability · Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, such as revenue, expenses and competition · Ensure sales team comply to administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet sales and profit targets
· Experience Min 3 Years in Sales · Excellent Attitude and Problem Solving Skill · Leadership & Organizational Abilities · Strong Management & Leadership Skill · Independent, detailed-oriented, good analytical & calculation thinking · Strong knowledge in Textile, General Trade and Modern Trade · Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar position in a B2B and B2C environment, in textiles or associated relevant field · Experienced in textile field is preferred
