Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Supervise a small team and provide coaching for performance improvement. Ensure the achievement of regional sales targets through effective strategy implementation. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop the sales team. Support sales growth through market analysis, data collection, and targeted marketing activities.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major from a reputable university. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Sales Coordinator in reputable company Strong knowledge of East Java’s area and business landscape. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must. Fluency in English is a plus
