Manage sales activities and overall operations of the Makassar Branch. Develop and implement sales programs and sales strategies to achieve sales volume. Manage area of sales and individual performance. Build customer relationship and able to assess the quality of the relationship with them. Proficient in managing team, identify and encourage professional development, and continuous development.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent. Proven work experience as Sales Manager/Branch Manager or similar sales role. Preferably within an experience in the Building Material Industry. Experience forecasting sales and building a customer database. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales and operational team. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a creative problem solving. Availability to travel in a certain period of times. Bachelor’s degree in any major. Vacant position for Makassar Branch.
