Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales personnel to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in the mould and dies industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Set, monitor and achieve sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. Collaborate with internal departments including production, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong background and network in the mould and dies industry is essential. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must. Willingness to travel as required.
