- Design & implement short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Analyze organizational structures & workforce planning to meet talent needs. - Lead talent management programs: talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development. - Drive organizational transformation and culture change projects. - Develop & maintain data-driven HR systems and analytics for strategic decision-making. - Act as a strategic partner to executives on people and organizational development matters. - Oversee execution of HR KPIs ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic HR role. - Proven experience in: Developing & executing HR strategies, Organizational development, Change management. - Strong analytical skills; able to create & present HR dashboards and strategic reports. - Leadership experience in managing HR teams & cross-functional projects. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and global HR best practices. - Proficient in HRIS, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI), and project management tools. - Strategic thinker with initiative, agility, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
