Connect directly with customers via telephone, email and whatsapp. Customer service for Walk in Customer. Serving, handling customer needs related to products and services offered or used by customer Address. Handling customer complaints properly and correctly. Helps offer and explain products and services to customers. Help organize customer administration by system. CRM and Customer Data Management (Data quality)
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidate must possess at least Diploma. At least 6 months or 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service, Call Center or equivalent. Good communication skills, smiling voice and good in English is a plus. Having knowledge in telecommunication technology. Placement in Suarabaya, Jawa Timur.
