1. Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive team 2. Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments 3. Handling correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of the executives 4. Preparing and proofreading documents, presentations, and other materials 5. Maintaining confidential files and records 6. Assisting with special projects and other duties as required
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role 2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision 6. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost care 7. A proactive and customer-service oriented mindset
