Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Work Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience in data roles engineering, data management, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience leading end-to-end data transformation projects, including the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines across complex data environments. Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business needs, and ensuring adherence to data governance and quality standards. Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP BW/HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DBT), and familiarity with cloud data ecosystems is preferred. Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense is a plus. Skills Technical skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced database management. Extensive knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Advanced experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is advantageous. Soft skills: Leadership: Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
