Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent from a reputable university At least 1 years of experience in organization development/ talent management Strong knowledge of Job Description, Competency, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different role Able to work under deadlines Strong problem-solving and verbal & written communication skills Able to work as a team
