Manage the complete order process, from quotation to order entry and delivery coordination Act as the primary liaison for assigned emerging partners through email and phone communications Provide sales support to Channel Team and Product Manager for partner-related inquiries Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Follow up on quotations, backorders, and documentation requirements Acting as Telemarketing, doing outbound calls during promotional campaigns or vendor initiatives Handle inbound inquiries related to product availability, pricing, lead times, etc Maintain accurate records of partner interaction and sales activity in CRM systems Collaborate with vendors to check pricing, discounts, and campaign participation Assist in generating pipeline through campaign lead follow-up and partner outreach Perform administrative duties related to partner registration, deal tracking, or documentation 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service – preferably in the IT distribution or technology sector Strong communication skills – verbal and written – in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Comfortable working via email, phone, and digital tools (no face-to-face meetings) High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer-first mindset with a proactive and professional approach Willingness to engage in outbound calling for campaigns and lead follow-up Team player with a strong sense of accountability and responsivenessWestcon Solutions is a member of Westcon Inc., Group, a global value added distributor of category-leading unified communications, infrastructure and security solutions with a global network of specialty resellers. This is a non-field, office-based role that plays a key part in driving operational excellence and partner satisfaction. Westcon Solutions is a regional distributor focusing on the distribution of security and value added IT products. Working closely with leading vendors, Westcon Solutions provides sales and technical support in the security, optimization and monitoring space to partners and customers around the region.
