Manage and organize teachers' schedules and class arrangements Handle inquiries, registrations, and complaints from parents in a professional and friendly manner Promote our English course programs to schools and establish external partnerships Work closely with the center team to ensure smooth daily operations Contribute to sales goals by offering course packages and explaining program benefits
Minimum High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferred Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Friendly, proactive, and professional attitude when dealing with parents and external partners Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, basic data systems) Willing to promote and visit schools as part of sales outreach Passionate about education and working with families and children
