Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences or equivalent discipline. At least 3 years’ experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular market Having experience in handling government project Good command of written and spoken English Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers Regional Sales Manager will work under supervision of Senior Manager Market Development and have Area Manager as subordinate. The role is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Collaborate with the Marketing team in identifying goals, strategies and action plans to increase short- and long-term sales and revenue.
