· Manage and oversee the entire production process From raw material intake to finished product. · Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adherence to production targets and deadlines. · Optimize production efficiency by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) · Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects. · Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste · Review and evaluate current of Production Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement. · Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations. · Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.
