Education: Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Technical Skills: Proficient in Python / PHP / JavaScript programming. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database management. Operational Skills: Strong time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Zabbix is a plus. Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions. Skilled in applying critical and computational thinking methods to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
