Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Maintaining employee records and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and assist with workforce planning Providing support for employee relations, including addressing queries, investigating concerns, and implementing HR policies and procedures Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related tasks Contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training, performance management, and employee engagement programs
Able to speak Mandarin Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR administrative role, preferably within the education sector ( Fresh Graduate are welcome ) Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A team player with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the school's HR and recruitment needs
