Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, English, Technical Communication, or a related field. Proficient in English, both written and spoken (Certified in English language training/course) Experience as a technical writer, software documentation specialist, or a similar role. Able to write clearly structured documentation in both English and Indonesian, such as user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and installation guides. Capable of documenting system design and architecture overviews. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Actively collaborates with the development team. Having a portfolio of technical documentation is a strong advantage. Working Location : BANDUNG
