Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates Coordinating and participating in the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback Managing the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates Maintaining accurate records and data on the recruitment process Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements Continuously enhancing the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the latest industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address recruitment challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
