Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Solid understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (experience with ESB or Runchise is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team. The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services required for our Central Kitchen, Warehouse & Logistics, and outlets.
