Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate talent data tracking and reporting, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA 3.00 preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/People Search. Proven track record in hiring mid-level leadership roles (Supervisor and above) and executing large-scale Management Trainee recruitment programs. Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing. Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to proactively source candidates. Strong knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (having experience in the Assessment Process would be an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in salary negotiation and proposal. Self driven and can work well under a tight schedule. Willing to work at the Head Office (North Jakarta - Kirana Three Office Tower).
