Sourcing and follow up candidates from internal and external channels. Conduct candidate searching through social media, career portals, and other platforms. Screen and shortlist applications based on user qualifications. Coordinate and follow up with candidates and users until the position is filled. Handle psychological test and assessment administration. Process statistical/psychometric data for evaluation. Manage company social media (concept, planning, editing, monitoring). Perform general administration (Document filling, order requests, purchase orders, stock opname, etc.).
