Technical : They must have a good understanding of Application development, the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members. (know about mobile app will be advantage) Communication: Project lead must be effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients. Organization: must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously. Time management: must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Risk management: must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project. Problem-solving: must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project. Leadership: need to be able to lead their team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support. Adaptability: must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track. Teamwork: must be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals. Role and Responsibilty : Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed Create ideas to manage project expansion Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
