Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of the company’s IT solutions. Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to meet sales targets and improve overall performance. Identify new market opportunities and expand market share in the IT business segment. Negotiate with prospective clients and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate appropriate sales strategies.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry. Experience in selling IT solutions such as Point of Sales (POS) or Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
