Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

- Male / Female, maximum 35 years old - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum GPA 3.5 - Minimum 1 year working as Auditor at Public Accountant (background from Big 4 preferred) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Experienced with ERP systems (required) - Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or similar role - Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage a finance team - Proven track record in developing & executing corporate finance strategies - Strong knowledge of treasury functions (Forecast, Cashflow, Financial Instruments) - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with finance & non-finance stakeholders - High attention to detail with strategic, big-picture perspective - Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines - Proactive, structured thinker with problem-solving orientation
