Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets in the assigned area. Manage and maintain strong relationships with dealers. Open and develop new dealers to expand sales network and increase market share. Monitor sales activities, field visits, and regularly evaluate team performance. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop area strategies and business growth. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and execute business plans for the area and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; B2B background preferred, especially from power tools/hand tools industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Willing to travel for business trips.
