Implement purchase plans, conduct price quotations and negotiations, prepare contracts, arrange shipments, and monitor the receipt of goods. Control the quality and cost of purchased goods. Coordinate with the warehouse for inspection and storage of goods. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including qualification verification.
