Plan, organise, and direct all aspects of assigned IT projects from initiation to completion Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective contingency measures Effectively manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide detailed reporting to senior management Ensure projects adhere to the company's project management methodologies and best practices Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement measures to enhance project delivery
