Execute the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, psychological test, medical check-up coordination, reference checks, and offering). Collaborate with relevant departments to define candidate profiles. Manage the talent pool and candidate database for future workforce needs. Prepare regular recruitment reports for management. Support employer branding initiatives to attract potential talents within the mining industry.
