Identify manpower needs in line with workforce planning. Develop recruitment strategies and plans to fulfill staffing needs from staff-level to technical positions at project sites. Execute the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, psychological test, medical check-up coordination, reference checks, and offering). Collaborate with relevant departments to define candidate profiles. Manage the talent pool and candidate database for future workforce needs. Prepare regular recruitment reports for management. Support employer branding initiatives to attract potential talents within the mining industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. Proficient in interview techniques, psychological assessment tools, and candidate evaluation methods. Able to work under tight deadlines and with high mobility (including site visits when required). Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skill.
