HR Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Ensure compliance with BPJS regulations and manage the entire process, from enrollment to claims processing. Review employment contracts for both full-time and contract employees. Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Handle the entire payroll cycle, including data input, calculation, verification, and distribution. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and tax compliance.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2-5 years of experience in HR function. Strong knowledge of BPJS regulations and compliance requirements. Fluent to communicate in MANDARIN both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point).
