Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned area to achieve sales volume and profitability targets. Supervise promotional activities, merchandising, and distribution within the responsible area. Conduct regular analysis of sales data and area performance to identify improvement opportunities. Manage relationships with distributors and ensure product availability at all points of sale. Provide direction, support, and training to the sales team to enhance work effectiveness and target achievement. Perform other tasks assigned by the superior related to area sales development.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar. Strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies at the area level. Analytical skills to interpret market trends, area performance, and competitor strategies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with distributors and key customers.
