Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HR business partner role Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset Experience in office management and general administration is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
