Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Fluent proficiency in writing and spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Leadership/Project Management positions in implementing organization restructuring, job analysis and evaluation, salary structure and other related OD projects). Required skills: presentation, project management. Strong computer skills: Power point, Excel, and Word.
