Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable University (minimum GPA 3.25); CA/CPA or comparable certification is preferred. Public Accounting Firm background with strong experience within public listed companies, a consolidated group for multiple subsidiaries, and the property and real estate industry are desirable. Advanced knowledge of finance reporting processes and controls, accounting standards, and reporting requirements such as PSAK and IFRS. Hands-on accounting and reporting experience including financial reporting and analysis to provide business information to management and the commercial team. Review accounting policies and procedures constantly and identify areas for improvement. Excellence in Accounting System and MS Office (especially MS Excel). Able to liaise with auditors to prepare the audit report. Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written. Able to take initiative and always identify overall best solutions. Good attitude, hardworking, persistent, responsible, well-organized, highly detail-oriented, and a team player. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
