Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation (minimum requirement). Professional tax certifications such as Brevet A & B, CTA, or CPA are highly preferred. Experience: At least 8 years of proven experience in tax management or senior tax advisory. Prior experience in the aviation industry, manufacturing, or multinational companies is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience in handling tax audits and liaising directly with the Indonesian Tax Authorities (DJP / CORTEX). Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), VAT (PPN), and international tax matters such as withholding tax and transfer pricing. Proficiency in using tax software and ERP systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle). Strong ability to design and implement tax strategies to achieve fiscal efficiency while ensuring compliance. Skills & Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Effective communicator, able to simplify and present complex tax issues clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams. High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
