Develop a comprehensive Customer Plan to drive Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer strategies Plan and execute initiatives for assigned accounts, ensuring they are in line with both business goals and customer needs Facilitate daily business execution by planning, communicating, forecasting, measuring results and implementing corrective actions Build and maintain productive relationships beyond the buyers, engaging with cross-functional leaders and at least one higher-level management to ensure comprehensive support and collaboration; oversee the development of customer relationships, including joint business planning and customer engagement Accountable for achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs among the team Adhere to all Company principles and policies include Nestle trade policy, local sales policy & terms, as well as other safety and legal regulations
Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing or other business-related disciplines Minimum 3 years experiences in Key Account management or relevant fields with supervisory experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry With strong network and good relationships with key accounts Positive thinking and self-motivated with can-do attitude Persistent and result-orientated; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good written and spoken English and Chinese (include Cantonese & Mandarin) Less experienced candidates will be considered as Key Account Executive
