Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Manage organizational structure on a regular basis based on company needs · Manage employee's job description accordance with organizational structure · Develop and implement an objective and measurable performance appraisal system · Prepare and monitor the implementation of the KPI Matrix for all positions within the organization
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Experience in the same field minimum 1 years; · Have knowledge in principles of KPI, performance appraisal systems and work load analysis · Familiar in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), good in administration and filling system, detail oriented and well organize · Skilled in People and Time Management, especially in interacting across all managerial levels
