- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations - Administer employee benefits including BPJS, DPLK, and handle claims process - Ensure proper calculation and reporting of PPh 21 (income tax) - Maintain accurate HR records and documentation - Support internal audits and provide necessary reporting as needed - Collaborate across HR and finance departments to streamline operations
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations or personnel administration - Hands-on experience with SAP HCM is a must - Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance - Excellent organizational and communication skills - High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
