This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Customer Service Representative at PT Elmecon Multikencana, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Willing to work on Saturdays Shift work system and will be contracted for first 3 months. Min 1 year experience in customer service/call center at Glodok Plaza or Plaza Kenari Mas Working under pressure.
