Requirements Expert: Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements for our retail initiatives. System Integrator: Define detailed API specifications and data mapping to ensure seamless integration across our core AS/400 system, Laravel D2C website, Out Systems applications, and other third-party retail tools. Process Optimizer: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance our operations, from customer journeys to backend processes, using innovative technology solutions. Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., retail operations, marketing) and our development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Solution Collaborator: Work closely with development teams, especially those utilizing Out Systems for rapid application development and Laravel for our customer-facing platforms. Quality Assurer: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that deployed solutions accurately meet defined business requirements and perform optimally in a retail environment.
