Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field 5 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes Talent Management or Learning & Development Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment: able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end Known for a can-do spirit Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in facilitation, training, and/or public speaking is a plus Willing to work at Puri, Jakarta Barat
