Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives Administer employee benefits and manage payroll processing Identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well-being Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and generate reports as required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
