Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities (end to end recruitment process). Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital. Screening and selection of suitable candidates within reasonable time frames to present shortlists to User. Organize database and sourcing. Fulfill vacant positions in the company through various methods. Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team’s daily activities.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree (with Minimum GPA 3,20) At least 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition field in Building Material Industry. Having Experience as Recruitment Consultant is Preferred. Solid knowledge of sourcing, interview, and assessment techniques . Accustomed to sourcing or handle for Retail and B2B (sales positions) Good interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Proactive and independent with proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
