Pre-sales Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Working closely with IT Sales team to discover clients' technical needs, perform requirements gathering, and solution design for L2/L3 network infrastructures (campus, data center, metro, core, and WAN). Design end-to-end network architectures using Huawei network products (Switch/Router, Network Security Product, etc. ), ensuring technical advancement and commercial viability. Design and validate routing solutions using VRRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP (incl. eBGP/iBGP), MPLS (L2/L3 VPNs, TE/SR-MPLS), QoS, multicast, and IPv6. Lead PoCs, lab validations, and network pilots; create test plans, success criteria, and reports. Own RFP/RFQ responses, solution write-ups, BoMs, sizing, compliance matrices, and bid defense. Deliver technical presentations, whiteboards, and workshops to technical and executive audiences.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years' experience in Datacom product communications (Switch/Router, Network Security Product, vLAN, SD-WAN, etc. ) With good knowledge of IP/MPLS networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VRRP/HSRP, etc. Proven experience in designing and presenting complex network solutions for large-scale Service Provider or Enterprise environments Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at C-level and technical level Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
