Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. General Affairs (GA): Manage office facilities and general administrative tasks. Oversaw company assets, inventory, and office supplies. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for the office. Handle company travel arrangements and logistics. Support company events, meetings, and other internal activities. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Bachelor's degree in all major Minimum of 3 years experience handling human resources & general affairs (experience in the financial industry is preferred) Good communication & reporting skill (verbal & written) Used to handling important data, especially using Mc. Excel shortcuts, formula, filtering, building charts, V-lookup and pivot table Willing to work at Surabaya
