Controlling the sales progress and ensuring the company's sales target is achieved; Make sure all processes are in place and provide a solution whenever needed by the team. Doing quantitative control, evaluation, analysis of sales work (number of visitors, transaction volume, transaction conversion ratio, etc.), summary report; Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and external parties; Monitor team performance on a daily basis by updating the sales control situation and quickly formulating and executing action items for improvement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accessories/smartphone industry; experienced leading a team Strong in people management with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, and negotiation skills; Ability to make plans and break down tasks rationally; Excellent experience in key account management; Excellent communication in English; Working coverage is Jwa Tengah (Homebase Semarang/Jogja)
