Assist the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up). Source potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.). Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Support HR administrative tasks, including updating candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of talent needs. Handle ad-hoc tasks related to recruitment and HR operations.
