Identify and approach potential clients in need of cleaning service outsourcing (e.g., offices, hospitals, factories, malls, etc.). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service quotations. Negotiate service agreements and close deals in accordance with company policies. Collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development or Account Executive in the Cleaning Service outsourcing industry. Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading, and listening). Possesses a pleasant and engaging personality with strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Has an extensive network of potential clients or leads seeking cleaning service solutions. Good understanding and prior experience in the cleaning service sector operations and market landscape. Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet sales goals.
