Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Month and End-Year process, Accounts payables/receivables, Cash receipts, General ledger, Payroll & utilities, Treasury & Budgeting, Cash forecasting, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc) Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Financial Reporting & Consolidation including Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, Ind AS, or US GAAP). Coordinate with subsidiaries/entities for timely and accurate financial submissions. Ensure intercompany eliminations and adjustments are handled correctly.
